As an Agentic AI Engineer - Associate - AI Managed Services - Consult, you will engage in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, optimizing processes, and supporting delivery teams to achieve client objectives. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage diverse challenges.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of managed services by assisting in the transition and management of service delivery teams
- Engaging in project management tasks to streamline operations and enhance client efficiency
- Contributing to process optimization efforts by implementing automation solutions and frameworks
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to refine managed services processes and tools
- Assisting in the development and execution of operational strategies to improve service performance
- Collaborating with team members to address client needs and deliver quality outcomes
- Utilizing data quality automation techniques to enhance service delivery and operational excellence
- Engaging in stakeholder management to maintain effective communication and project alignment
- Applying business process improvement methodologies to optimize client operations

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
