As an Observability / Site Reliability Engineer - Associate - AI Managed Services - Consult, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients by optimizing their operations and enhancing efficiency within our Managed Services practice. You will be involved in transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and focusing on continuous improvement of processes and tools. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge and understanding your strengths.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the transition and management of outsourced services to enhance client operations
- Collaborating with delivery teams to optimize managed services processes and tools
- Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline service delivery and reduce costs
- Utilizing project management skills to oversee service delivery and performance metrics
- Implementing automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and process optimization
- Participating in the design and development of automation frameworks for enhanced service management
- Analyzing data to identify patterns and inform process improvement strategies
- Assisting in the management of service level agreements and stakeholder expectations
- Contributing to the development of operational strategies to drive business transformation

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
