As a Salesforce Developer Associate, you will engage in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC, you will possess a broad range of consulting skills and experience across various Salesforce applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize business processes through Salesforce technology
- Developing and maintaining Salesforce applications to meet client requirements
- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud to deliver tailored solutions
- Engaging in project tasks to support the successful deployment of Salesforce systems
- Applying technical consultation skills to address client challenges and propose innovative solutions
- Gathering information from diverse sources to inform project architecture and design
- Supporting enterprise integration efforts to validate cohesive technology implementation
- Participating in the development of training materials to facilitate client understanding and adoption of Salesforce applications
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Lightning
- Utilizing skills in Business Process Modeling and Enterprise Integration
- Engaging in Application Software and Technology Implementation projects
- Developing training materials for Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Applying innovative design and intellectual curiosity in technical projects
- Excelling in communication and active listening within team environments
