In cybersecurity incident management at PwC, you will focus on effectively responding to, and mitigating, cyber threats, maintaining the security of client systems and data. You will be responsible for identifying, analysing, and resolving security incidents to minimise potential damage and protect against future attacks.

The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Cybersecurity Platform team you will manage service-specific workflows and support integrations across cybersecurity platforms. As an Associate you will engage in service management and operational excellence, driving seamless client service delivery. This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your technical knowledge while collaborating with a team dedicated to the security and efficiency of our cybersecurity operations.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Cyber Operations
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Experience in Managed Services and multi-client environments
- Demonstrating hands-on experience with Hyperautomation tools
- Understanding CMDB, asset management, and change/release processes
- Integrating security platforms with ITSM tools
- Managing workflows for alert ingestion and response actions
- Supporting onboarding and continuous knowledge development
- Enforcing access governance frameworks
- Maintaining audit evidence for security actions
