Responsibilities: -Responsible for the design, development, and iteration of AI Agents in TikTok Shop business scenarios, covering the full cycle from requirement analysis to architecture design, development, and launch, delivering intelligent and efficient product experiences for merchants and users; -Deeply implement Agent capabilities into core e-commerce scenarios, including but not limited to intelligent customer service, product operation assistance, business decision support, content generation, and business process automation, helping merchants and creators better reach consumers and improve operational efficiency; -Responsible for the continuous development and optimization of the Agent technology stack, covering Context Engineering, Harness, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Multi-Agent collaboration, Memory systems, Reinforcement Learning, workflow orchestration, and knowledge base construction; -Develop a deep understanding of the business logic and merchant needs within e-commerce vertical domains, enabling Agents to accurately understand and execute highly specialized and complex business requirements, and truly solve real-world problems in merchant operations; -Continuously track cutting-edge developments in AI and large language models, and rapidly apply new technologies to product iteration.
Minimum Qualifications: -Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline; -Excellent coding skills, with strong proficiency in programming languages; -Familiarity with the design principles and tuning approaches of core Agent architecture components, understanding of mainstream open-source Agent frameworks (such as LangGraph, Pi, etc.), and hands-on experience with Prompt tuning, Harness, RAG, Context Engineering, and Skill development; -Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills; passionate about technology, embracing open source, and able to adapt to a fast-changing business environment.
Preferred Qualifications: -Strong learning ability, curiosity about new technologies, adept at independent thinking, self-reflection, and summarization, with the ability to transform complex problems into concise and efficient solutions.
