As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize intelligent Agent systems across the e-commerce platform governance workflow, covering key functions such as risk detection, risk assessment, appeal handling, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Build and maintain a multi-Agent collaboration framework to ensure efficient task orchestration, execution, and closed-loop governance across different Agents.
- Develop AI Agent capabilities powered by large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, and Llama to support automated moderation, intelligent decision-making, case attribution, and issue investigation.
- Design and implement end-to-end (E2E) Agent workflows, including task triggering, feature retrieval, strategy evaluation, enforcement execution, appeal processing, and complete governance lifecycle management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business pain points, design AI-driven governance solutions, and continuously optimize Agent performance and effectiveness.
- Drive deep integration between AI Agents and internal governance platforms to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Stay up to date with state-of-the-art AI Agent frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph), and explore advanced capabilities such as Agent autonomy, task decomposition, and self-supervised optimization.
Minimum Qualification(s):
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong Python programming skills with solid software engineering and system design fundamentals.
- Familiarity with leading large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama) and their APIs, with hands-on experience in prompt engineering and AI Agent development.
- Experience with LLM tool calling, Agent task decomposition, and multi-Agent system design is a must.
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Understanding of e-commerce platform governance processes, including risk detection, content moderation, appeals, case review, and root cause analysis. Relevant project experience is preferred.
- Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
