Job Description
Our 19-month program is designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential talent through 3 job rotations across key business areas. You will gain cross-functional experience, build leadership skills, and work on impactful projects that prepare you for your future within the organization.
Opening Tracks:
- Business Track (i.e. Communication, Customer Management, Enterprise Sales, Human Resources, Retail Sales, Marketing, etc.)
- Data Track
- Developer Track
- IT Solutions Track
Recruitment Timeline:
- Online Assessment: June - July 2026

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in related field or bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments, challenges, and work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Creative and strategic thinking skills with the capacity to tackle complex problems and deliver effective solutions
