Join Autodesk in Oslo as a Graduate Software Engineer in August 2027
Position Overview
At Autodesk Oslo, we develop next-generation, AI-powered architecture design tools. Our teams build everything from advanced 3D web drawing to real-time analytics powering multiple Autodesk products. You'll help shape the Forma Industry Cloud for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

We're building a new generation of cloud-based software that helps architects, urban planners, and real estate developers design sites and buildings in a new way. Our Forma Design applications focus on outcome-based design, helping users weigh living quality (sun, daylight potential, noise, etc.), environmental impact (embodied and operational carbon), and profitability so they can find smarter, more sustainable solutions for their projects.

Responsibilities
From day one, you'll deliver real value as part of an empowered product team. You won't be on the sidelines: you'll own features end to end, help shape what gets built, and see your work reach customers around the world.
As a Graduate Software Engineer, you'll:
Build, test, and ship features used by architects, urban planners, and real estate developers worldwide
Take ownership of your work, from idea and design through to release and iteration
Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to solve real customer problems
Take part in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making
Continuously learn, experiment, and improve how we build software
Learning and growth

Minimum Qualifications
Eager to learn and thrive in an autonomous, high-agency culture
Collaborative and open to sharing knowledge Experience with coding (coursework or internships)
Comfortable solving complex problems and breaking them down
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing innovation with code quality
Motivated by our mission to design better, more sustainable cities

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
