Responsibilities and Duties:
• Design our infrastructure platform components to be highly available, scalable, reliable, and secure.
• Automate the entire lifecycle of platform components from provisioning through decommissioning.
• Ensure Observability is an integral part of the infrastructure platforms and provides adequate visibility about their health, utilization, and cost.
• Build Cloud native CI/CD pipelines, tools and automation that enables developer autonomy and improves their productivity.
• Build tools that predict saturations/failures and take preventive actions through automation.
• Collaborate extensively with cross functional teams to understand their requirements.
Qualifications:
• Familiar with building Infrastructure Platforms and CI/CD pipelines in a major public cloud provide – GCP preferred.
• Familiar with Kubernetes and its ecosystem – Containerd/Docker, Helm/Plulumi, ServiceMesh, Terraform/Terragrunt, Ansible, ArgoCD/Workflow,
• Tekton, Keptn etc.
• Familiar with observability platforms/tools like ELK/Fluentd/Fluenbit, Grafana/Prometheus/OpenTelemetry, Cortex/InfluxDB and Jaeger/Zipkin etc.
• Familiar with Python, Golang or a similar language.
• Must understand basic computer programming concepts, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
• Familiar with source control applications such as GIT.
• Strong communication skills and excellent telephone presence.
• Bachelors or master's in computer science / information technology / Electronics & communication / Electrical & Electronics. Should have graduated in 2024 / 2025
