The Intermediate Vendor Master Data Analyst is responsible for executing new and updating Vendor Master Data requests through the Vendor Master Data Platform.
What you'll do
- Execute Vendor Master Data creation, maintenance, and platform requests.
- Understand and apply all local process exceptions and country-specific tax regulations.
- Meet established Vendor Master Data SLAs.
- Perform Vendor Master Data clean-up and support quarterly audits.
- Handle routine and non-routine internal and external audit requests.
- Escalate process and/or system issues to Management when necessary.
- Identify improvement initiatives to obtain best practices and help identify automation projects.
What experience you need
- Education: University student or graduate holding a Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years working in Vendor Master Data or Accounts Payable.
- Tech Stack: 1–2 years of proficiency in Excel
- Languages: English (B2–C2).
