Who are we?

At Finastra, we’re a global leader in financial services software, dedicated to expanding access to financial services and shaping what’s next for the industry. Our technology powers mission‑critical solutions across Lending, Payments and Universal Banking, supporting over 7,000 customers, including 80% of the world’s top 50 banks, in more than 110 countries.

Build websites used by millions worldwide.

Most developer roles give you a small piece of a large machine.

This isn't one of them.

At Finastra, you'll join a small team, responsible for the digital platforms that represent our business globally, including Finastra.com.

From day one, you'll build new features, improve user experiences, solve technical challenges, and work directly with stakeholders to bring ideas to life. You'll see the impact of your work quickly, have a genuine voice in how solutions are delivered, and gain exposure that would typically take years to earn in a larger organisation.

If you're an ambitious developer looking to accelerate your career while working on a genuinely global platform, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

• Develop, maintain and enhance Finastra-owned websites.
• Build and enhance solutions within a Drupal CMS environment using PHP and Twig.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and website issues.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with external development partners and review delivered solutions.
• Optimize website performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Work closely with content, design, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver new features and improvements.
• Stay current with Drupal ecosystem updates, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
• Help shape the future of Finastra's digital presence.
• Embed AI into day-to-day work to increase productivity, reduce manual effort, validate information against trusted sources, drive continuous process improvement, and translate data-driven insights into better business outcomes.

What we're looking for

Essential

• Experience developing websites or web applications using PHP.
• Hands-on experience with Drupal CMS development and configuration.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development principles.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Understanding web security, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices.
• Twig templating experience.
• Familiarity with Composer, Drush, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with external development agencies.
• Experience with website testing and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with project management or ticketing tools.
