Are you interested in using AI and automation to solve real-world content challenges? We’re looking for an Associate Regulatory Content AI & Automation Engineer to help shape and improve AI-powered workflows that support the creation and maintenance of regulatory content.
In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of AI-driven tools, prompt libraries, workflow automations and evaluation processes that help teams work more efficiently and effectively. You’ll collaborate with content, product and technology teams to support the adoption of AI solutions and continuously improve outcome.
Responsibilities
- Design, test and refine prompts for generative AI tools
- Support the implementation of no-code and low-code automations
- Build and maintain reusable prompt libraries and AI workflows
- Test AI outputs and document findings to drive improvements
- Help teams adopt approved AI tools through training and support
- Follow AI governance, data security and quality standards
Skills and Experience
- Experience or a strong interest in AI, automation or software-related work
- Knowledge of generative AI tools and large language models
- Understanding of prompt engineering and workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, Make or Zapier
- Strong communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Curiosity, adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning
