Accountabilities::
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native systems and distributed applications across modern cloud platforms.
• Architect robust, high-performance solutions with a focus on reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define technical direction and ensure alignment on system design and implementation.
• Lead by example in solving complex engineering problems and improving existing system architecture and performance.
• Contribute to code quality, engineering standards, and best practices across development teams.
• Identify technical bottlenecks and proactively drive improvements in system efficiency, observability, and resilience.
• Mentor and guide engineers, helping elevate overall team capability and technical maturity.
Requirements:
• Strong experience in cloud engineering, distributed systems, or backend engineering roles with exposure to large-scale systems.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud-native applications on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of system design principles, scalability patterns, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Go, Python, or similar).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex technical challenges into scalable solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional, global teams.
• Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor peers, and influence engineering decisions without formal authority.
