We're looking for a Data Analytics Intern to join our team for a 10-week summer internship. You'll gain hands-on experience using data and technology to help improve real construction operations while learning from experienced professionals.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Analyze project and operational data to identify trends and insights
- Use Python and SQL to support reporting and automation
- Help automate manual and repetitive processes
- Support KPI tracking across construction projects
- Work with project controls, operations, and IT teams
- Contribute to real analytics projects that impact the business
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Construction Management, or a related field
- Basic experience with Power BI, Python, SQL through coursework, projects, or previous experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, curious, and willing to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Available to work 40 hours per week for the full 10-week program
