About The Team: The mission of the TikTok Eng-AI Innovation Center is to explore cutting-edge AGI technologies, including but not limited to LLM, multi-modal LLM (video/image/audio/text/code), etc., to let machine better understand user creations on Tiktok platform. Regarding to video/image/audio/text, enhanced content understanding can bring better user experience of searching, recommendation, and can more accurately identify and defend internet abuse and fraud on our platform. Regarding to code, our developed LLM aims to automatically re-organize/optimize Tiktok codebase, and make the code/coding become more accessible for Tiktok engineers.

The main job directions include:
- Research on LLM Agent methodology, how to build better performance/low cost/stability agents;
- Explore cutting-edge technologies related to LLM Agent engineering platform(AgentOps), covering areas such as RAG, Reasoning, Planning, Toolkits, Multi-Agents Coordination.
- Construct a high-performance, cost-effective large-model agent service architecture that ensures high service availability.;
- Explore the application of frontier LLM agents, like multi-modal video agents, multi-agents coordination on Code AI, etc.
Minimum Qualifications
- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a PhD degree in computer science or a related discipline.
- Excellent coding ability, data structures, and fundamental algorithm skills, proficient in C/C++ or Python, winners of competitions such as ACM/ICPC, NOI/IOI, Top Coder, Kaggle, etc. are preferred
- In-depth research and collaboration with researchers from top-tier universities worldwide;
- Preference will be given to candidates with one or more of the following qualifications:
- Experience in developing and deploying LLM agents.
- Experience in Multiple-modality LLM, Multiple-agents coordination.
