About the Role
The Marketing Data Analytics Intern supports the measurement of marketing and lifecycle campaigns that drive subscriber acquisition, engagement and retention. The role helps monitor and optimise campaign, channel and communication performance, from various marketing channels, and translates results into clear, actionable recommendations for different business stakeholders within Marketing teams.
This role is based in Singapore and responsible for APAC markets.
Responsibilities:
- Measure marketing campaign performance including paid media, email, push and in-app channels, and share insights with Marketing stakeholders
- Support A/B and control-vs-treatment test design, and calculate campaign uplift for acquisition, retention, winback and promotional activity
- Use SQL to build ad hoc analyses and audience/cohort views that answer marketing questions for APAC markets
- Assist full-cycle projects across data acquisition, cleaning, analysis and visualisation
- Analyse subscriber behaviour and cohort trends to identify acquisition, engagement and retention opportunities
- Build, maintain, and improve dashboards for marketing campaign and channel performance; identify opportunities to build automation pipeline
- Turn analysis into concise, executive-ready summaries and recommendations for Marketing and regional leadership
- Collaborate with various business stakeholders and local market teams across APAC to align on measurement approach
- Work with large and complex data warehouses and assist in maintaining existing data pipelines
Internship Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
- Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January to June 2027
- Must be available to work on-site throughout the full period of internship

Requirements:
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science or a related field
- Proficient in SQL, with some experience working with Tableau or other visualization tool
- Interest or fan mentality for Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel
- Highly self-motivated and meticulous with a strong passion for analytics and reporting
- Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organizations, and to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross functional teams
- Adopts a challenging and questioning approach, proposing information and solutions in creative ways
- Passionate team player with a never-ending curiosity
- Self-starter that needs minimal supervision in motivating himself/herself, always looking for opportunities to contribute to our campaigns and overall projects.
- Ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
- Strategic thinker with good communications skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to leverage on data to develop strategy/decisions
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
