The Role
Fidelity is seeking a Quantitative Research Intern to join the Strategic Advisers, LLC (SAI) team within the Asset Management Division. Interns will support the investment process by working with a team of Quantitative Researchers on an investment research or portfolio construction project. Projects include single- and multi-asset managed account applications for both public and/or private markets.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in a quantitative or STEM-related field, graduating in late 2027 or 2028
- Experience using Python/R, SQL, Tableau, AI tools
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience, interest, and sill in quantitative analyst and/or research
- Academic exposure or intellectual interest in financial markets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate findings

The base salary range for this position is $30 - $42 per hour.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
