Location
This is a hybrid position. You must be in the Rotterdam, Netherlands office, at least three days a week.
About the team
The Supply Chain Execution (SCE) Development team is a dynamic group of around 20 passionate software engineers working across three agile teams in Rotterdam, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. We pride ourselves on being truly global—our Rotterdam team alone represents 10 different nationalities! We build and enhance the Kinaxis Supply Chain Execution product, delivering innovative features and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. If you’re excited about solving real-world challenges in supply chain technology, you’ll feel right at home here.
This is a 4- or, 8-month position, starting January 2027.
To be eligible for an Internship position at Kinaxis, you must either be currently enrolled in full-time education or, if you are a recent/upcoming graduate, your graduation date must be within 12 months of the placement end date.
What you will do
- Gain hands-on experience with the SCE application and understand its core functionality.
- Learn how modern software delivery works in an agile environment.
- Collaborate with talented developers across multiple locations.
- Write and execute automated test cases based on existing manual scripts.
- Review and improve automated tests created by peers.
- Contribute to dynamic agile teams and help deliver high-quality solutions.
What we are looking for
- A strong curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new software technologies.
- Solid understanding of Java programming fundamentals.
- Ability to work from our Rotterdam office at least twice a week.
Things that would definitely help
- Basic familiarity with tools like Git, Selenium WebDriver, and Postman.
