As a Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping data solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing data engineering solutions that drive business insights and innovation. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will engage in research and participate in project tasks, developing basic skills and knowledge. Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Apache Airflow
- Implementing data integration and transformation processes to support data engineering initiatives
- Utilizing Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform for data processing and analysis
- Designing and optimizing data architecture to enhance data quality and accessibility
- Building and managing data warehouses and data lakes to support business intelligence efforts
- Conducting data validation and quality checks to confirm data accuracy and reliability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions
- Applying database optimization techniques to improve performance and efficiency
- Leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud-based data infrastructure management
- Engaging in active learning and feedback to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics
