The organization brings together planning, landing, execution excellence, services portfolio and delivery, and field activation across ATU, STU, and CSU to accelerate customer value, drive growth, and strengthen the end-to-end experience across every customer moment.
In FY27, Microsoft is scaling Copilot + Agent adoption through a new digital engagement model: the Digital Accelerator for Copilot & Agents. This motion runs 1,500+ live, expert-led 1:Many sessions through multi-week journeys to accelerate PRU, Agent MAU, consumption, and Unified recapture across the customer base.
As a CSA in the Digital Accelerator - Copilot & Agents, you will support senior CSA and form part of the team who operate this motion end-to-end: session delivery, live Q&A moderation, community engagement, cohort orchestration, and localization support. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of digital scale and Copilot + Agent adoptions.

Responsibilities
• Assist with the end-to-end delivery of the FY27 Digital Accelerator - Copilot & Agents: 1,500+ live sessions across different adoption journeys
• Engage with customers during the different adoption journeys, providing assistance as required.
• Leverage AI to automate and deliver repeatable processes that help our team and the customers achieve faster outcomes and deliver repeatable IP aligned with AI and Agentic Solutions
• Engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-use, and learn from others to help accelerate your customer’s AI transformation journey.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights and feedback with account teams to identify opportunities and remove adoption blockers.
• Drive customer success, solution adoption, and business growth: Identify and execute opportunities to expand consumption, usage, security, resiliency, and AI adoption by aligning Microsoft solutions to customer business objectives, industry trends, and digital transformation goals.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. (Japanese - Native level, English - Business level)
• Ability to follow structured processes and work effectively in a defined support environment.
• Willingness to work in an in‑office setting
• Support a positive, inclusive, and customer‑focused team culture.
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)
• Some hands-on experience in AI technologies
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.
