As an Agentic AI Engineer - Associate - AI Managed Services - Consult, you will engage in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, optimizing processes, and supporting delivery teams to achieve client objectives. As an Associate, you will develop your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work, contributing to client projects while building meaningful connections and growing your personal brand. You will be expected to adapt to diverse client needs and team dynamics, using these experiences as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
- Supporting client engagement and project tasks within managed services to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
- Applying automation solutions and frameworks to optimize business processes and improve service delivery
- Participating in project management activities, including deliverable planning and timely execution to meet client expectations
- Engaging in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and reduce delivery risks
- Utilizing data quality automation techniques to validate accurate and reliable information for decision-making
- Collaborating with delivery teams to manage service level agreements and maintain performance standards
- Conducting process performance analysis to identify opportunities for business transformation and operational excellence
- Assisting in the design and development of automation frameworks to support workflow optimization and service management
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
